Turning real court experiences into data that can improve how systems serve the public.
The Court Experience Research Initiative is an independent civic research project focused on understanding how people experience court processes.
Many individuals leave hearings unsure of what happened, what mattered, or what steps come next. By gathering structured, anonymous feedback, we aim to identify patterns, communication gaps, and opportunities to strengthen fairness, accessibility, and public trust.
This project will publish only aggregated insights. No individuals, cases, or court participants will be named.
Our goal is simple: measure experiences → learn from them → help institutions work better for everyone.
